Oracle. I counseled executives of G2000 firms, including insurers, manufacturers, investment banks, and retailers, on how to increase their return on data capital. I educated thousands of managers in North America, Europe, and Asia on data strategy. I helped to productize AI that provided early warning of emerging problems in complex machines. And I conducted primary research into new kinds of data modeling.
Endeca. We invented faceted browsing for both ecommerce and BI. I was Chief Strategist and helped to grow the firm from $5M to $150M in annual revenue, culminating in a $1.1B acquisition by Oracle.
Forrester Research. Taught brand managers research-backed UI heuristics so they could build better websites.
